1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Scorewala app or website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The Service

Scorewala provides access to your TransUnion CIBIL credit score and report through an authorised bureau partner, along with tools and guidance to understand and improve your credit health. We are a facilitation service; scores and report contents are produced by the credit bureau.

3. Eligibility

You must be an Indian resident aged 18 or above with a valid PAN and an Indian mobile number.

4. Accurate Information

You must provide your own, accurate details (name and PAN exactly as per your PAN card). Reports fetched with incorrect details are chargeable and non-refundable, as the bureau charges us per request.

5. Pricing

• First credit report: ₹99
• Report refresh: ₹118
• Prime membership (45 days): ₹999

Prices include applicable taxes and may change with notice in the app.

6. Prime Membership

Prime provides a dedicated Relationship Manager and up to 4 report refreshes for 45 days from activation. Prime is a support and guidance service; we do not and cannot guarantee any specific score change, loan approval, or removal of accurate bureau records.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not fetch reports for anyone other than yourself, misuse OTPs, attempt unauthorised access, or use the service for unlawful activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for decisions made by lenders, bureau data errors (which must be disputed with the bureau), or losses arising from use of the information provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.

9. Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service at any time and request data deletion under our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
